Food and service was ok, nothing special. Fries were generous and homemade. If you have a groupon, there are extra rules not stated on the groupon.

Great spot for a pint and a game of darts. Very friendly staff, good grub and a great selection of beers. 🍻

The only good thing I could really say is the prices were pretty good.Food was barely okay, "6 oz steak" was a gray thin piece of meat that was not a "steak" and was no where near 6oz, prime rib was grilled on both sides... Most other stuff looked okay and it all tasted okay, not great.Service was lacking, our server kept apologizing saying how busy it was, it wasn't very busy at all, even if she was the only server.I likely won't be back.

Fantastic Specials, Great Food & Fantastic Staff

Great place to enjoy a quick lunch if your in the area. I always order the Butter Chicken if I happen to see it on the menu, So I have some experience with this dish. The main course came out in quick time, hot of the stove and pleasing to the eye. This was a beutiful, sweet sauce ( I usually order ghe sauce, extra hot but I forgot) with fresh grilled Naan. I enjoued this meal with a refreshing Creemore springs Lager, which was one of many local beers on tap. Over all it was a great experience and I would come again. Of course the excellent wait staff was very personable and added to the plesent environment. Remember, dont forget to tip your server, Cheers.

The staff, atmosphere, food and the venue are fantastic! The new owners have really done a great job in revamping this place. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Standard pub food, the ruban was great. The club was ok but had kraft singles type cheese on it and made the sandwich taste a little off.

We were a party of 4. Arrived on Thursday around 6:30 We all agree, the service was topnotch, and our meals delicious. I was Pleasantly surprised to find this little haven...Not overly busy, decent prices for decent food. I'll be coming back again.

Went on a busy day I guess. Our table of 4 was sat at an outdoor table inside the pub. No table cloth so it was visibly dirty. Food was bland and the pub was chaotic in multiple kids were play fighting around our table and when spoke to manager was given the what do you want me to do about it?" Would not go again. However, the waitress was on her own and doing the best she could. She was also friendly and looked to be on the verge of a breakdown. My heart broke for her.

They were severely understaffed tonight. Orders were forgotten and food took well over an hour. Not the fault of the servers or the kitchen. The owners decided to understaff tonight and the customers paid the price. Completely unacceptable. Until the owners tell me what they would do differently I won’t ever go back.

Cozy pub but cold food. Poutine was cold fries, hit gravy and melted mozzarella cheese even tho menu says curds. Not worth $9 for less than a kid sized portion of poutine. Nachos were cold too and chips were stale. Handed the credit card machine to pay before finished our beer. We are here on a Saturday afternoon and the place is empty. We came because the reviews looked good but not convinced.

Basic pub food. Improved decor and lighting. Unfortunately no craft beers.

Clam chowder was very thin and a bit disapointing. Kids meals were great, portion size is on par for the price. Wings were big and juicy again but seasoning was not as uniform as last time (same flavor but maybe different kitchen staff). Server was good, (better then the last time) but it was her second last shift. We'll be back again for sure.

We weren't sure where to eat today there was six of us then we came across this place anyways the food we were all happy with it and the desert I got butter chicken someone got the fish and chips someone got that pot pie anyways everyone got something different and everything was really good our waitress kept coming over soon if we needed anything it was really nice and we would definitely come back

Been here a few times with Groupon. They accept it no problem with no limitations. The food here is very good. I have had a few items. Last week I had the fish and chips. Excellent fish lightly battered with delicious golden fries and small serving of tasty coleslaw. And washed it down with a nice house lager that they have on special. The service is not always the fastest but that is not due to the servers. They all work very hard and are friendly and efficient, but I have noticed they seem slightly understaffed at times. Overall I really enjoy coming to this pub and would recommend it.

Best chef I ever eat in Canada Kajan delicious food and flavors

I drove past this place daily for a couple of years and always thought it was just another place for just those who enjoy a cold beer as most bars are until I stopped in one day for a cold beer with the boys after work. I was pleasantly surprised as it is a nice restaurant that is as much for family as it is for a cold one with the boys. I've been taking my family there at least once a week ever since. The service was great, the place is clean and staff are very courteous and friendly. The prices were on par and the food was good. Total package in my opinion. I go there for family dinners and for the sports games for a few beers with the guys. It's local and I enjoy my time there. Met many a great regulars there now. Hope this place doesn't change.

I'd give a 2.5, service was so slow. Wings were unseasoned and when asked for a sauce to dip that took 11 mins, yes I timed it, and it came from the cook not my server (even tho I waved and made eye contact 4-5 times) . Very disappointed. I had fantastic wings here once, then 2 bad batches. Tasted freezer burnt, over cooked and underseasoned. What a shame.

I frequented this pub on average one a week for a couple of years. Really like this place. Food is decent. Wait staff is pleasant - the regular staff remembered my name. Ambience pretty nice since they renovated a couple of years ago (it really needed it). Service does suffer a bit when they get busy.

Bright, nice atmosphere, good food, nice prices. The renovations are very welcomed, especially as seen in the washrooms. Totally worth trying out, even if you're not a local.

I’ve been to the Royal Windsor Pub & Eatery countless times, all I can say is Fantastic. I’ve had the absolute best service thanks to the amazing staff. The food has been excellent, not a complaint. Be sure to always order there specials, delicious! You all should check this place out. For the drinkers, they pour a nice Guinness 🍺.
